Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 August 2026
This explains what personal data S4UDIO collects, why, and what your rights are. It's written for the way S4UDIO actually operates — a small, single-brand template marketplace, not a large organisation with a dedicated data team.
1. Who we are
S4UDIO is a trading name of Lumen Horizons Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17375920). Lumen Horizons Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us at info@s4udio.com for anything privacy-related.
2. What we collect, and why
| When | What we collect | Why (lawful basis) |
|---|---|---|
| You contact us or request a project via a form on the site | Name, email address, and whatever you write in the message | To respond to you — necessary for taking steps towards a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries |
| You buy a Template, Launch, or Done-For-You package | Name, email, billing details, and order/payment details. Card details go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number. | To fulfil the contract of sale, and to meet our legal obligations (accounting/tax records) |
| You browse the site | Standard aggregated usage data (pages viewed, general location by country, device type) if and when analytics is active on the site | Our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used, so we can improve it |
We don't run a mailing list or send marketing emails at this time. If that changes, we'll only email you about offers if you've clearly opted in, and every email will let you opt out.
3. Who we share it with
We use a small number of specialist services to run S4UDIO, each of which processes data on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments:
- Stripe — processes payments. Stripe receives your payment details directly; we receive confirmation of payment, not your card number.
- Web3Forms — delivers the contact and enquiry forms on the site to our inbox.
- Google Analytics — if and when enabled, provides aggregated site-usage statistics. This may set cookies in your browser; see section 4.
We don't sell your data to anyone, ever. These providers may process data on servers outside the UK/EEA; where they do, they're required to have appropriate safeguards in place under their own terms.
4. Cookies
The site itself doesn't set tracking cookies beyond what's strictly needed for it to function. If Google Analytics is active, it sets cookies to distinguish visitors — you'll be asked for consent before any non-essential cookie is set, in line with UK cookie rules, and you can withdraw that consent at any time through your browser settings.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and are deleted or anonymised after that unless a purchase follows. Order and payment records are kept for as long as UK tax law requires (currently at least 6 years).
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it;
- ask us to correct anything inaccurate;
- ask us to delete your data, where we're not required to keep it (e.g. for tax records);
- object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing;
- ask for your data in a portable format;
- complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you think we've got something wrong.
To exercise any of these, email info@s4udio.com — we'll respond within one month.
7. Children
S4UDIO is intended for businesses and individuals buying website templates commercially. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site and how we run it evolve. The version published here, dated above, is always the current one.
